Before & After Workflow Simulator

The Before & After Workflow Simulator helps you explore how a process might change if AI support were introduced. You describe a current ("before") workflow, and the demo generates a contrasting ("after") version to highlight differences in steps, responsibilities, and decision points. This is a planning and learning tool only and does not automate real systems.

Demo only — not a guarantee, nothing is stored, and it isn't connected to your systems.

What you'll get from this

  • A simple 'Before' workflow (steps + friction points)
  • An 'After' workflow showing where AI helps (and where humans stay involved)
  • What changes (qualitative): speed, consistency, errors, handoffs
  • Risks and limits
  • What you'd need to implement this for real (systems, data, approvals)

What this demo shows

This simulator produces two side-by-side workflow outlines. The "before" view reflects a typical manual or existing process. The "after" view illustrates how selected steps might change if AI assistance were added, while keeping human oversight where it matters.

How to use it

You enter a short description of your current workflow, including key steps, roles, and pain points. The demo then generates an illustrative comparison showing where work could shift, which steps might be supported, and which should remain human-led.

What the comparison helps with

The output is designed to support discussion and planning. It can help teams spot unnecessary steps, clarify responsibilities, and understand the trade-offs involved when introducing AI assistance.

Limitations

This is a simulated comparison only. It does not connect to your tools, change real workflows, or measure actual performance or time savings. Any real implementation would require design, testing, and safeguards beyond this demo.
