Terms and Conditions
Conversegy
Last updated: 8 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Conversegy website at conversegy.com. Please read them before using the site. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These Terms cover use of the website. They are not the agreement for our paid service. If you sign up for a Conversegy plan, that is governed by a separate service agreement (see section 4).
1. About us
Conversegy is a business providing AI-powered call answering for Irish service businesses, operated by a sole trader trading as Conversegy, based in Ireland.
2. What this website is
This website is an informational and marketing site for the Conversegy service. Through it you can:
Learn what Conversegy does and how it works.
Hear a live demonstration by calling our demo line.
See our plans and pricing.
Get in touch or arrange a setup call.
The website is provided for general information. Using it does not, on its own, sign you up for any service or create any commercial relationship.
3. The demo line
Our demo line lets you hear how Conversegy answers calls. It is a demonstration of an AI service, and callers are told at the start of the call that they are speaking to an AI.
The demo is provided so you can evaluate the service. It is not a live business service, it should not be relied on to handle real calls or real customer information, and using it does not create a contract or arrange any service for you.
4. Our paid service
Conversegy offers a paid AI call-answering service. Our current plans and pricing are shown on the website for information.
Signing up for and using the paid service is governed by a separate service agreement between you and Conversegy, provided to you when you sign up. That agreement, not this page, sets out the terms of the service itself, including what each plan includes, billing, fair-use limits, cancellation, and how your callers' data is handled. Prices and plans shown on the website may change, and the service agreement in force when you sign up is what applies.
5. Eligibility
This website and service are intended for business users only. By using the site you confirm that:
You are acting on behalf of a business, organisation, or in a professional capacity.
You are legally capable of entering into agreements.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to:
Use the website lawfully.
Provide accurate information if you submit a form or contact us.
Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site.
Not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
7. AI and accuracy
The Conversegy service and demo use artificial intelligence. AI systems can occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or behave unexpectedly. The demonstration is illustrative of how the service works, not a guarantee of exactly how a live, configured agent will perform for a specific business. Our separate AI Disclaimer sets out more on the nature and limits of AI.
8. Data and privacy
Personal data collected through this website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you agree to that policy.
Where you use the paid service, your callers' data is handled under the terms of the service agreement, which includes the data processing terms required for us to act as your processor.
9. Intellectual property
All design, branding, content, and underlying systems of the website and service belong to Conversegy. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission.
10. Availability
We do not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption.
We may modify, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Conversegy is not liable for any business losses, loss of data, loss of revenue, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Your use of the website is at your own risk.
Liability relating to the paid service is dealt with in the service agreement, not here.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Conversegy against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or any unlawful or infringing content you submit.
13. Third-party providers
Parts of the website and service rely on third-party technology and infrastructure providers. While we choose our providers carefully and hold agreements with them, we are not responsible for the services or policies of third parties beyond our control.
14. Termination
We may restrict or withdraw your access to the website at any time if you breach these Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Priority
If there is any conflict between these Terms and:
our Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy governs matters of personal data;
the service agreement for our paid service, the service agreement governs the service itself.
